Jesus!

My petit Célin1,

Would you mind passing the letters to Marie?

Is she saying her novena? (Novena of Grace to Saint Francis- Xavier from 4th to 12th March.) I would so like to see her cured! Well, patience! And then after all I don’t want God’s will to… I can’t ask for anything else, it’s impossible for me, I have so much trust in what God wants!... It’s a grace, I can tell.

Petit Célin, thank you for the little mandarins… [v°] If only you knew how well received they were!

The tuning forks will arrive within the next few days… Mother M. de Gonzague has asked the tradesman to send them to you. You will bring them to us.

Farewell my darling little daughter, are you reading The Liturgical Year? (The book by Dom Guéranger was formerly well known reading material at Les Buissonnets, and encouraged by Mother Agnès at the Carmel)... It does so much good to situate oneself in the spirit of the Church a bit.

I send you a thousand kisses… I love you with all my heart, but God, well, he is mad about his petit Célin!

Farewell, see you soon
